Always easy to get an appointment (unlike Caterham Hill Surgery), and staff went out of their way to assist.

All staff are helpful.
Practice Nurse excellent, never hurries and always seems to have the "time of day"

Normally I am very happy with the practice, but recently (August) it was impossible to get an appointment with a GP. Other times it can take three to four weeks to get a booked appointment with the GP of my choice.

Very attentive and pro-active group of doctors. Always looking for the best solution to a problem, and very tenacious in getting me back to full health. Without doubt the best doctors surgery I have ever had.
